Benefits Contact Information
We’ve heard your concerns and feedback regarding the availability of resources to get the information you need when your benefits-related questions arise. The first (and quickest) way to get your questions answered is to contact the applicable insurance carrier or provider directly by telephone or via the carrier’s website. Our providers have dedicated phone representatives for WCHN who are trained in the specifics of our plans.
If you still have concerns after speaking with the plan representative, please contact your HR Benefits staff member. Employees with health and welfare-related benefits questions at Danbury Hospital, New Milford Hospital and all other non-Norwalk Hospital locations should contact JoAnn Hanson at JoAnn.Hanson@wchn.org or 203-739-7586. In Norwalk, your medical benefits staff member is Kristen Ruggieri who can be reached at Kristen.Ruggieri@wchn.org or 203-852-2632. For retirement benefits questions, employees in all locations should contact Cecilia Fitzgerald, Manager Retirement Benefits, at Cecilia.Fitzgerald@wchn.org or 203-852-2212 or Fabienne Desravines, Benefits Analyst, at fabienne.desravines@wchn.orgor 203-852-3496.
The Benefits Team receives hundreds of phone calls and emails every day, so although someone may not always be able to respond to you the same day, someone will get back to you within two business days. We’ve attached a document with benefits contact information and FAQs that you are welcome to save or print out to use as a helpful reference tool for your benefits questions.
Thank you.
